Come and discover our newest project located in one of the most important areas on the New Boulevard extension.
What makes this area unique is the fact that it is located at the entrance of the central park and is bordered on the south side by a main road artery, the Fourth Ring of the city. This project envisages mixing some functions with specific requirements such as: business, hotel, service and housing.
The three traffic blocks of this facility, in addition to the stairs, will also include public spaces for social interaction. These spaces are designed as balconies facing the part of the park and will function as common spaces for residents or users between floors.
