At USLUGA our goal, vision and commitment are for every employee and subcontractor to return home safe at the end of the day. Safety is fundamental in our construction culture, and for that we have programs and practices that result in the highest levels of safety in the workplace.

High-level awareness is an absolute requirement at USLUGA, and we achieve this through consistent security policies and procedures implemented by all of our teams in all of our projects.

USLUGA staff is constantly trained with the latest developments in staff safety, which allows us to create a safety culture throughout the company. We share best practices between our teams and our subcontracting partners. This promotes consistency and continuous improvement throughout the company. We are constantly developing and updating our security policies and procedures, reflected in our security manual.
