Once construction begins, we have the entire project team thinking and acting as a whole. By acting in a detailed and clear process on what we want to accomplish, including meetings with clients, architects, subcontractors and USLUGA team members, we anticipate and address challenges, promote safety and measure progress over time against plans.
During construction, USLUGA engages in ongoing collaboration with clients, architects and all other construction partners. We are talking about carrying out the process together, backed by sophisticated digital planning technology, frequent quality assurance plan evaluations, clear standards of accountability and a problem-solving mentality by all team members.
